Please ensure that you enclose your original paperwork, so that we know where it has come from.
If the item is returned in a resalable condition, not opened or damaged, we will then refund you for the item minus the original shipping cost.
Products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
